| 4. I only have a dial-up connection, can I still use the service? |
| Yes, you can still use our service with a dial-up connection as the high bandwidth requirement is handled by our server and not your computer. |

| 5. Which networks and countries can I send SMS to? |
| You are able to send SMS to 600 networks in almost 200 countries. |

| 6. How much does it cost to send a message to a particular country? |
| You can find out how many credits it costs to send to a particular country by checking our constantly updated price page. |

| 7. How many characters can the SMS message support? |
| Normal SMS (e.g. in English) will be able to hold up to 459 characters. However, it will be concatenated and sent through 3 SMS with each SMS having a maximum of 160 characters. |

| 8. Can I send to multiple recipients? |
| Yes. It is possible to select multiple recipients from the contact list. In additional, you can create groups of your frequently used contacts. |

| 9. How do I import my contacts? |
Contacts can be imported in comma separated variable file (.CSV). Many address books can output records in this format. Simple step-by-step instructions have been created to help you with your contact import. |
